Terroir
The vineyards are planted on clay-limestone terraces with stony soil. Thanks to the Mediterranean climate and the strong Mistral (a powerful northerly wind), the grapes give off their best flavour.
Grape varieties
Grenache, Syrah or Mourvèdre for the reds.
Roussanne, marsanne, clairette, white grenache, bourboulenc and viognier for rosés and whites.
Wine style
The reds stand out for the finesse of their tannins, the whites for their freshness and fruitiness.
