- Smoking is allowed outside
- Electricity usage is included in the rental rate and is calculated based on the number of nights booked, reflecting normal household use.
Charging electric vehicles (cars, RVs, scooters, electric bikes, or any other electric-powered vehicle) is not included in this flat-rate electricity allowance.
A surcharge of €5 per night per vehicle will apply for any electric vehicle charging during your stay. Please let us know when you make your reservation or upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund for cancellation at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date
50% of all nights booked for cancellation between 7 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date
No refund for cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date
